The Quinny Company, formerly known at Quint BV of Holland, was established over fifty years ago. Dorel Industries opened in 1987 after merging Ridgewood Industries, a “ready-to-assemble” furniture company founded in 1969 and Dorel Company Limited, a juvenile products company founded in 1962. The company acquired Quint BV of Holland in 2001 which was an established company that sold high-end baby strollers all over Europe, North America and Australia. They also produce Maxi-Cosi, Cosco, Safety 1st, Ampafrance Development, Bertini, HOPPOP, and BABY ART BVBA. Production
